By accessing or using the Techspance RemoteIT platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before enrolling in any of our internship tracks.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Your use of the platform constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices. We reserve the right to change the terms under which the platform is offered at any time.

2. Internship Enrollment

Enrollment in a track requires payment of the specified fee. This fee covers access to the structured curriculum, mentorship, and platform resources for the duration of the chosen program (3 or 6 months).

3. User Conduct

As an intern, you agree to maintain professional conduct at all times. This includes respectful communication with mentors and peers, and adhering to our Code of Conduct. Academic dishonesty, including plagiarism of tasks or projects, will lead to immediate termination without refund.

4. Intellectual Property

All content provided on the platform, including curriculum documents, videos, and software templates, is the property of Techspance and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited license to use these materials for personal educational purposes only.

5. Termination

Techspance reserves the right to terminate your access to the platform for violations of these terms or the Code of Conduct.

6. Limitation of Liability

Techspance is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from your use or inability to use the platform or its services.
