Refund Policy

At Techspance RemoteIT, we are committed to providing a high-quality educational experience. Please review our refund policy regarding internship enrollment fees.

1. General Policy

Due to the immediate access provided to our proprietary curriculum, templates, and digital resources upon enrollment, all fees are generally non-refundable.

2. Withdrawal Before Start Date

If you request a withdrawal at least 7 days before the official start date of your cohort, you may be eligible for a partial refund (70% of the enrollment fee), minus administrative and processing charges.

3. Technical or Exceptional Circumstances

If you are unable to access the platform due to technical issues on our end that we cannot resolve within 72 hours, we will provide a prorated refund or credit for a future cohort.

4. No Refunds After Access

Once you have accessed the weekly curriculum or participated in a mentorship session, no refunds will be issued. We encourage you to review the track roadmap and technical requirements thoroughly before applying.

5. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund under the eligible conditions above, please email finance@techspance.com with your name, cohort details, and reason for the request.
